By day, I bring products to life. By night, I bring people together.

Outside of work, I founded and grew a UX community where designers come together to connect, learn, and grow.

Why I started

If we want to go fast, we go alone.
But if we want to go further, we go together.

500 members, 30+ events,
and countless meaningful connections.

It started with a simple belief: people go further together. What began as a few conversations gradually grew into a community.

Building it has been a practice in human-centered design — understanding how momentum is created, how belonging is fostered, and what helps people feel welcome enough to step in.

Recently, I’ve started documenting these learnings through writing.

Designing Participation

Participation isn’t a switch — it’s a gradient. How thoughtful entry points and structure make it easier for people to show up.

How a group builds energy that carries it forward — the rituals, rhythm, and small sparks that keep people coming back.
